The most important events in World War Two to me were when Britain and France signed the appeasement, when Hitler continued to get more territory including Czechoslovakia, when Hitler and Stalin were agreeing on how much land the Soviet Union would give Germany, when the U.S. entered the war, when Hitler broke his pact with Stalin and attacked the Soviet Union, D-Day, when the first atomic bomb was dropped on Japan, and the Holocaust directed by Hitler.
The appeasement was important because it was the first step towards World War Two, and it also gave England and Germany time to build their armies up for the almost expected war. It was also when Hitler broke his promise with England and they soon declared war. I also believe that when Hitler was conquering a ton of territory including Czechoslovakia (which England had promised to protect) was important because England lost help in the military from Czechoslovakia when they signed the appeasement while Hitler was building up his forces and taking all the land around him. This is part of the reason by Hitler was so powerful and why people feared him. The next important event is when Stalin and Hitler agreed that the Soviet Union would give him part of their land and help them if Stalin promised not to attack Germany. This meant Hitler had more help and a new ally in the war. Another super important event is when the U.S. who had stayed neutral for some time now entered the war and started fighting for the Allies. This was a threat to Hitler because he had wanted them to remain neutral for a while longer while he built up his forces.
The last events that are important were when Hitler broke his pact with Stalin and ended up attacking the Soviet Union. This cause Stalin to go against him, and the U.S. to start helping the Soviet Union against Hitler. They (U.S. and Soviet Union) declared post-war and started sending supplies to the Soviet Union. The next is D-Day, which is the day when the Allied forces invaded France with bomb attacks. The next is when the first atomic bomb was dropped on Japan by Treman which cause lots of devastation in lots of cities. This ended up pretty much wiping out Japan because it was hard to recover. The last important event is the Holocaust which was lead by Hitler and supported by the state. This was a movement that allowed the persecution of millions of Jews under Hitler's commands. This meant millions of innocent men, women, and children were killed and blamed for simply not being liked by Hitler. This also caused the forces against Hitler to enrage and attack him more.
All of these events contribute to outcome of the war because they showed the truth behind certain countries and who was going to be on who's side and how some were going to win and others wouldn't.
